Wallpaper stripper
I had been stripping wallpaper from my powder/ bathroom walls on the first floor last week. It was hard work. I got this kit with a video with it on how to strip the wall paper easily with their product. YEAH Right... It wasn't so easy. It took me two days to get every last bit off the walls. So much scraping, I hurt my back trying to reach all the high corners. I am in the process of filling all the scraped holes in the drywall. LOL Anyways. That is my project for this week to fill holes, sand paper and prime to get it ready to paint. I'll be getting paint this weekend and am still not sure what theme and color yet. Any ideas?
We had my Brother-in-law & Sister-in-law with their dog Bella came visiting last Saturday. I love that Bella she is fun but I am glad I do not have a dog. So much work. Memow hated that dog and we had to put him in the basement. He was bent out of shape when we let him out int he evening when they left. LOL But my in-laws were glad they could come visit and not worry about their pup at home.
I would like to see them more often too. My brother-in-law Allen is a riot. They are still young in their 20's so even though we have an age gap, we still have so much fun with them and the kids. We went out to eat and then walked the mall. My boys adore him. I hope they would get a little closer to their relatives. We rarely see family so it would be great if they came more often. I love visits.I got my flu shot yesterday and now have a sore arm. So My stripper days are over but I refuse to sand with this arm. I am taking the day off from my project. The shot wasn't as bad as last year though since they have a smaller needle this year. Also when I went in to see the Doctor the nurse said I was mildly feverish. I was wondering why I had a sluggish feeling all yesterday morning.
I am feeling worse this morning but it didn't stop me from doing what I need to today. Kids need to be got up,Breakfast made, lunch packed, and sent off to school. Laundry need to get done. Raisin Bran Muffins needed baking. Memows must have their breakfast or else they would purr in my ear all morning while trying to bite my toes under my blanket. HAHA! I am not taking anything for fever since they said the best thing to do is to just let it burn off the virus my body is fighting.
Well I am headed back under the blankets on the couch.
Hope you all have a good week.
Oh and Any good ideas for a small power room bathroom??

"My stripper days are over!"
Oh dear! I don't think you realized what you said... didn't you?
For sure, cats are much easy than the dogs. Taking care of them takes a lot of energy.
Osiyo Usdi Ulv,
The color you choose would depend on what color your bathroom fixtures (tub, toilet and sink) are. Most pastels work well in a bathroom. Dark or deep harsh colors will make the room feel smaller.
Sorry the cat did not like the dog. Ours used to tease the dogs when my stepson and his wife would visit with theirs. Both of their dogs have died, but he still remembers them bringing dogs, so he will not visit with them, and goes into hiding when they come. Cats have very strange habits!
Take care of yourself, don’t over do just because you are bored and feel the need to keep busy. Take some ME time!
May The Great Spirit’s Blessings Always Be with You!

@angys_coco - yeah I did..LOL I was playing on words.Thanks I love being a cat mom.
@Traveler_In_Time - feet up now.
thanks for the color advice.
I am not much of a handyman. I wouldn't dare try to strip of wallpapers nor painting my own walls. I would just make a mess of everything, I am sure.
@icepearlz - I made a mess that is for sure.
Small bathrooms need light, or pastel colors to make them look and feel bigger.
